Details of Nomination for Job Interviews

The Directorate of Human Resources allows virtual job interviews through Webex programme, to facilitate the process of conducting job interviews for government entities and job seekers, in line with the series of preventive and precautionary measures followed in the State to confront the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Steps for Virtual Job Interviews
Step 1

The Diretctorate informs candidates of the dates of the virtual job interviews by text messages.

Step 2

The interviews are conducted by the interview committee approved by the recruting government entity seeking recruitment opportunities and in the presence of a representative from the Human Resources Directorate.

Step 3

The government entity seeking recruitment opportunities will select those who meet the appointment conditions.

Step 4

Sending a text message to the candidate after the job interview stating whether or not he passed the job interview.

Step 5

Those who are not lucky enough to pass the exams and interviews for the job will be then nominated for the upcoming jobs.
